Young Professionals Stir Up Business All Over the South Bay with Sushi, Beer, and Bowling

With several chamber of commerce groups focusing on up and coming business folks, there’s a lot going on this month in the South Bay.

Just last week, the newly formed Hermosa Beach Young Professionals (HBYP) launched their organization with an event at Rok Sushi. More than 100 professionals were in attendance to meet and network with other South Bay business owners, entrepreneurs, and employees.

Torrance and Manhattan Beach also have young professional groups active in the South Bay.  These two groups are locking horns this week with events featuring bowling and beer.

  1. A good networking event can be very beneficial. It’s always nice to see the ones for young professionals. They’re hard to meet in LA!

  2. Yes, indeed. I went to the Hermosa one and made some great contacts.
