Rounding Up South Bay Easter Brunch and More for Easter 2013

Spring has certainly “sprung” in Southern California.  The sun is shining, the flowers are blooming, and bottomless mimosas are being poured at Easter Brunches all over the place.

• Easter Brunch at the Beach, Strand House, Manhattan Beach — Probably the best place for a brunchy beach view, Strand House is serving a special menu that includes Lobster Crepes, Chicken and Waffles, and Dungeoness Crab Cakes.  Visit their Open Table page for reservations.

• Brunch Buffet All Day, zinc@shade, Manhattan Beach — The craft kitchen inside Manhattan Beach’s luxury boutique Shade Hotel invites guests to gather with their families for a multi-station, gourmet Easter Brunch buffet beginning at 8 AM on Easter Sunday, March 31.  The cost is $35 per person ($25 for children under 12).  For more information or to make reservations, call 310-406-6801.

• Dessert at Paciugo Gelato, Hermosa Beach — Try Easter dessert Italian style with gelato.  They’re open Easter Sunday from 11 AM – 6 PM with 20% off a family sized “Paciugo Pack”.  Try all the flavors before you decide!  I did for this review.
