Dominique’s Kitchen will host a Winemaker’s Dinner featuring Melville Winery wines

If you haven’t been to a winemaker dinner at Dominique’s Kitchen, you’re missing out on a great experience. Unlike some restaurants that offer tightly scripted and controlled events, attending a winemaker dinner at Dominique’s Kitchen is more like attending a party.

On Wednesday, August 19, Dominique’s Kitchen will feature a pre-fixe five course meal. Each dish will be uniquely paired with a different premium offering from Melville Winery.

French Roast and assorted macarons

2456909-100_1F.artThis is an opportunity to try a premium estate Pinot Noir from the Santa Rita Hills. This wine was aged in neutral French oak barrels. Knowing Melville’s reputation for quality Pinot Noirs, experiencing this wine will create a lasting memory.

There is only one seating at 7:00pm and the cost is $88 plus tax and tip.
