I work and play in the South Bay and I’m constantly amazed at the number of people that haven’t dined at Paul Martin’s American Grill. I’m surprised because Paul Martin’s is a very good restaurant and it’s not priced to be a special occasion destination.

Part of why I like going out to eat is that it can often be a very special treat for your senses. Upon entering, I’m almost intoxicated by the wonderful aroma coming from their mesquite grill. Open beam wood ceilings and lots of booths give each group an element of privacy.

To celebrate the holiday season, Paul Martin’s has officially launched their holiday menu. Some of the items from their special menu include:

Chilled Alaskan King Crab Legs

Half Pound, House Cocktail Sauce

Herb Crusted All Natural Filet Mignon

Mashed Potatoes, Bloomsdale Spinach, Garlic Confit

Grilled Lamb Sirloin

Wild Mushroom Farro, Bloomsdale Spinach, Cipolline Onions

Egg Nog

Fresh Eggs, Cream, Nutmeg, Maker’s Mark Bourbon, Myer’s Dark Rum

While Paul Martin’s does an excellent job on the grill, it impresses me that their sides are also made with taste in mind. For example, Bloomsdale spinach is slightly buttery, sweet and tangy and combined with the garlic confit probably makes this offering absolutely delicious.

You can also feel good about what you eat at Paul Martin’s because everything is made in-house by scratch from natural meats, sustainable seafood and farmers market quality produce.

The holiday specials are available for a limited time, November 27 through January 3. Paul Martin’s full menu will also be available.

Finally, customers that purchase $100 worth of gift cards, will receive a $10 gift card good for their next visit to Paul Martin’s.
