Bottomless Easter Brunch at Sausal

El Segundo’s new “Nuevo Rancho” dining hotspot will feature $16 bottomless mimosas and micheladas in honor of the holiday, which guests can enjoy in the restaurant’s beautiful indoor dining room or airy patio. Favorites from the brunch menu include the Beef Barbacoa Hash with Poached Eggs, Roasted Poblano Chili Omelet, and Huevos Rancheros, though diners can also nosh on all-day staples like the Tamarind Shrimp Salad, Potato Rajas Tacos, or Pork Chili Verde w/Sweet Corn Elote.

All natural prime rib, Organic Green Salad, Creamy mashed potatoes, Ice cream for $27.

Choice of Creamy Lobster Bisque; Creamy Wild Mushroom Soup.  Organic greens with pecans and cranberries, raspberry and black truffle vinaigrette.  Choice of  Coq au Vin with truffle and garlic polenta; Linguini with asparagus, portobello mushroom, champagne cream, parmesan cheese; Scottish salmon with chablis wine cream sauce and organic garden herbs, fresh farmers market vegetables; Roasted ham with honey, raisin and brandy, fresh farmers market vegetables, crushed fingerling potatoes.  Choice of Fresh strawberries with creme fraiche; White and dark Belgian chocolate mousse.  Assorted French macarons.  $29.99 + tax and tip.

Shade Hotel Easter Brunch

Manhattan Beach’s premiere luxury boutique hotel will offer a brunch buffet in the sun-filled courtyard and on the open air terrace of zinc@shade, with scrumptious dishes crafted by Executive Chef Ashley Oates. Among the offerings: the hotel’s beloved Brie and Pear Grilled Cheese Sandwiches; Prosciutto Burrata Grilled Cheese Sandwiches; Cabernet Braised Black Angus Short Ribs and Scottish Salmon Filets; French Toast with fresh berries; an Omelet Station; a Pancake Station; a Pasta Station; and assorted salads. The buffet will also feature a Chocolate Fountain, with assorted treats for dipping.  The buffet is available for $60 per adult, and $25 for children under 10. Drinks are not included.
