Better known for their burgers, The Counter is recognizing Grilled Cheese Month by featuring a specialty grilled cheese sandwich every week during the month of April.

The popular mobile eatery The Grilled Cheese Truck made a stop in El Segundo last year, just a few days before Christmas.  Their goal:  spreading Holiday cheer along with their signature “cheesy goodness”.

I hate cooking? Well, not really. Some days, it might feel like that but those days are few and far between. Mostly, its a matter of convenience or busy-ness. Other days its because the fridge is full, but not full enough of any one or two things to pull a meal together.
