This week, KCRW and Radio Disney are joining our Culver City neighbors to celebrate the opening of Westfield Culver City.  The Westfield Group’s $180 Million remodel of the old Fox Hills mall brings a totally new look to the corner of Sepulveda and Slauson.

Happy hour is always fun but its even more fun having a drink and a bite to eat with foodie friends!  We had such a great time hanging with food bloggers and friends at Chaya Brasserie a while back, that we decided to do it again.  Except this time we went for a locale a little closer to home.

As mentioned in a previous post, Fleming’s has added a happy hour to their nightly offerings.  Labeled as “5 for 6 til 7″, the menu offers up 5 cocktails, 5 wines, and 5 appetizers all prized at $6 until 7 PM.  As an attempt to get folks in to spend some cash in this less than stellar economy, it works.

Flemings, a higher end steakhouse, has just added a happy hour.  The menu, brief but well rounded, features five selections each of cocktails, wines by the glass and appetizers all priced at $6.  The specials are available daily until 7 PM!
