This was the fourth year of the Annual LA Street Food Festival. It was held last Saturday at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena. Over 100 vendors and 5,000 attendees braved the heat to enjoy the festivities. Singha Beer handed out whimsical yellow visors which helped due to the bright sunshine.
Old Town Pasadena is kicking of its first restaurant week today, Tuesday June 1. Running until June 8, the seven day event features deals at 25 restaurants around the swank and historic Old Town area.
I could easily write this review in three words: BEST SOUP EVER!
Specifically, I’m talking about the Spicy Pumpkin Butternut Squash Soup featured at The Terrace Restaurant located inside the amazingly posh Langham Hotel in Pasadena.
Today Pasadena is getting a great new restaurant serving up fresh, affordable Korean food. I was able to get a sneak peek last week during their Grand Tasting event, a soft opening that allowed participants to sample items from their innovative menu.
