The half croissant, half donut phenomena known as cronuts is in the South Bay! There’s no need to go all the way to New York for these delicious hybrid donuts because Torrance Bakery is now offering them.

Since the demise of Beijing Islamic Restaurant, Bryan has been keeping close tabs on that location to see what it would eventually become.   It recently opened as Capicola’s Gourmet Sandwich Company.  Bryan stopped by with his family to check out the menu and found out that there’smore to Capicola’s than sandwiches.
